About The Position

Ferguson is seeking a Branch Supervisor to guide daily operations, support a motivated team, and build trusted relationships with customers and vendors. The role connects strategy with hands-on execution, encourages learning and growth, and helps ensure the branch operates safely and smoothly. Ferguson serves a range of industries and has approximately 36,000 associates across 1,700 locations. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The role is eligible for a bonus or incentive plan. Requirements

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for customer-facing associates and branch functions.
Develop the team with a focus on customer service and implementation of policies and strategy.
Run the overall operation of a branch location, including hiring, coaching, and scheduling employees to ensure efficient, quality operations.
Maintain adequate inventory levels, promote sales, and maintain the appearance of the branch.
Build an engaged environment by listening to feedback from leaders, associates, and customers and implementing solutions to problems.
Analyze store data, identify opportunities, and implement solutions to continuously improve branch performance.
Perform work in accordance with established safety standards and adhere to safety policies, rules, regulations, and procedures.
