About The Position

Granite State Credit Union is seeking a Branch Specialist (Member Service Representative) to provide friendly, accurate service to members and cross-sell the credit union’s products and services. The role supports members’ financial needs, helps achieve branch goals, and may provide coverage at other branches or departments. The position is full-time, entry-level, and based at the Rochester branch in Rochester, New Hampshire. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, depending on banking experience.

Responsibilities

Process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, member loan payments, and other transactions.
Provide member service and cross-sell products and services to existing and prospective members by identifying sales opportunities.
Identify member needs and offer solutions that deepen their financial relationship with Granite State Credit Union.
Help the team reach branch goals and increase branch business, including participating in team challenges and competitions.
Accept consumer and real estate loan applications, prepare loan documents, and conduct member loan closings.
Research and resolve member account questions and issues.
Assist with after-hours call nights, community events, and networking.
Provide coverage to other branches and departments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
