Branch Operations Manager
About The Position
The Branch Operations Manager leads all operational elements of an established branch in Boynton Beach. The role oversees day-to-day business operations and drives operational excellence by managing performance, controlling costs, coordinating teams and resources, improving processes, and supporting cross-functional collaboration. The manager is responsible for scheduling crews, coordinating equipment, materials, and logistics, maintaining production standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations. The position focuses on daily mulch installation operations across multiple job sites and promotes continuous improvement in support of organizational goals.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily mulch installation operations across multiple job sites.
- Plan and coordinate crew schedules, truck routing, equipment allocation, and material deliveries to maximize productivity.
- Ensure mulch is installed to specified depth, coverage, appearance, and site standards.
- Ensure pre-job and on-site inspections verify readiness, access, safety conditions, and job scope requirements.
- Monitor labor hours, equipment utilization, and job progress to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain operational readiness of mulch-blowing equipment, trucks, hoses, and support tools by verifying inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
- Enforce safety procedures related to vehicle movement, hose handling, equipment operation, lifting, heat exposure, and other job-site hazards.
- Train and develop staff on installation quality, efficiency, equipment care, and customer-service standards.
- Track material usage, waste, and inventory levels to support accurate ordering, cost control, and job profitability.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop, implement, and refine operational processes, policies, and standard procedures.
- Partner with department leaders to improve coordination, workflow, and service delivery.
