Requirements
- Ability to adapt to various software systems.
- Ability to read and interpret documents.
- Ability to solve practical problems.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, and percentages
- Ability to deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret various instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Answer and assist with calls and emails from Branch locations
- Bill freight and directs
- Entering customer payments
- Issue credit to resolve account receivable disputes as approved by local management
- Manage returns – customer credits, vendor returns
- Review unapproved payables for direct orders
- Support sales writers and management with Eclipse transactions
- Work with manager to clear open cash accounts
- Reconcile daily cash box
- Handle month end and cycle counts
