About The Position

Zeal Credit Union is hiring a full-time, onsite Branch Manager in New Hudson to lead its operating branch. The role provides strategic oversight for developing financial objectives and business plans, managing budgets and allocating funds, monitoring branch activities, and analyzing metrics to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities. The Branch Manager leads, coaches, and develops staff; hires, trains, and schedules branch personnel; and enforces policies and procedures. The position calls for a collaborative, results-driven leader focused on branch performance and member experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of leadership experience.
• Familiarity with industry rules and regulations.
• Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Results-driven and member-focused approach.
• Experience with branch profitability, planning, sales goals, coaching, and development in a financial institution such as a bank or credit union.
• Knowledge and/or training in, and compliance with, laws and regulations pertaining to BSA/AML/OFAC.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and customer service skills, and attention to detail.
• Punctuality and regular onsite attendance.
