About The Position

The Branch Manager leads a branch in a safety-first, customer-focused organization, providing operational leadership and promoting exceptional service and customer success. The role manages the branch’s profit and loss, supports sales goals, and drives operational excellence through efficient processes and effective asset management. The manager ensures compliance with company policies and applicable regulations while fostering a collaborative, continuously learning team environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of management experience in a relevant field.
• Motivated by outcomes, proactive, structured, and highly attentive to detail.
• Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure.

Nice To Haves

• Profit and loss experience.
• At least 1 year of building materials experience.
• Experience with a CRM; Salesforce experience preferred.
• College degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational staff day to day, including training, coaching, and mentoring to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Promote a safe workplace free of injuries through actions and leadership.
• Manage all aspects of the branch’s profit and loss.
• Focus on outstanding customer experience, compliance, productivity, and profitability.
• Contribute to and support achievement of top-line sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other applicable regulations.
• Interview, hire, and onboard branch staff, and provide a continuous learning environment.
