As a Branch Manager at Chase, you will create a welcoming environment and deliver attentive, friendly service to clients and employees. You will lead and manage all aspects of the branch, including growing deposits and investments, overseeing operations, and coaching the team. You will represent Chase’s brand and culture, provide access to banking solutions and financial technology, and collaborate with specialists to address clients’ financial needs. The role involves leading a branch team, building client relationships, developing the branch’s presence in the community, and maintaining a strong risk and control environment. Before placement as a Branch Manager, you must successfully complete the Branch Manager Training Program. Travel is required for in-person training and meetings and may include out-of-state travel. The position is subject to Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements for Loan Originators and requires NMLS registration under the SAFE Act. Continued employment is contingent on meeting these requirements, including registration after the start date and timely renewals and updates. An employment offer is contingent on review of criminal conviction history, credit report, NMLS information, and other relevant information. A felony conviction within the last seven years disqualifies candidates from consideration. Chase offers a competitive total rewards package, with base salary determined by role, experience, skills, and location. Eligible roles may receive commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation. Benefits and programs are based on eligibility and include comprehensive health care coverage, on-site health and wellness centers, a retirement savings plan, backup childcare, tuition reimbursement, mental health support, and financial coaching.
