About The Position

Puget Sound Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead the operational, financial, and team performance of our growing home health and hospice organization. This role is ideal for a healthcare leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, and enjoys building high-performing teams. As Branch Manager, you will work closely with clinical leadership, business development, and operational teams to drive growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of excellence that supports both patients and employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of two (2) years of leadership or management experience in healthcare. Preferably in home health or hospice.
  • Strong experience leading teams and managing operational performance.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop action plans.

Nice To Haves

  • Home Health, Hospice, or Post-Acute Care leadership experience.
  • Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and productivity metrics.
  • Knowledge of Medicare regulations and healthcare compliance requirements.
  • Proven success in driving growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficiency, quality, and exceptional customer service.
  • Drive achievement of branch goals related to growth, revenue, productivity, employee engagement, and patient satisfaction.
  • Manage branch financial performance, budgets, and operational metrics.
  • Partner with clinical leadership to ensure appropriate staffing and support quality patient care.
  • Recruit, coach, develop, and retain high-performing team members.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement initiatives as needed.
  • Support business development efforts and strengthen referral relationships throughout the community.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, federal, and company regulations.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture.
  • Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives and growth plans.
