Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4 years in financial services or customer-facing roles, including at least 1 year in leadership
Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated ability to meet goals and deliver results
Knowledge of credit union products, services, and branch operations
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Guide, mentor, and develop team members to achieve performance goals and grow professionally
Oversee daily branch operations while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Maintain high service standards and support the team in exceeding member expectations
Manage cash operations, including vault and ATM processes, with accuracy and accountability
Identify ways to improve efficiency and streamline workflows
Address complex member concerns with professionalism and care
Implement strategies to boost member satisfaction, engagement, and retention
Drive results in member growth, product usage, and cross-selling initiatives
Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance, security, and operational integrity
Safeguard confidential information and uphold strict security practices
