About The Position
Macatawa Bank, part of Wintrust Financial Corporation, is seeking a Branch Manager to manage daily branch operations and develop existing and new customer relationships. The manager works with other lines of business to maximize the banking center’s growth and profitability. The role includes overseeing staff and facilities, managing sales performance, resolving escalated customer matters, performing Personal Banker duties as needed, and building the bank’s local presence through networking and outbound calling.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail banking and managerial experience.
- Previous business development experience.
- Experience working with small business customers.

- College degree or related banking experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee branch operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, and facility management.
- Manage the sales performance of banking center staff through coaching, staff development, and addressing employee performance issues as needed.
- Resolve escalated customer matters.
- Perform Personal Banker duties as necessary.
- Develop existing and new customer relationships.
- Work with other lines of business to maximize the banking center’s growth and profitability.
- Build the bank’s presence in the local community by participating in networking events and initiating outbound calling efforts to drive branch sales.
