About The Position

As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team to create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and joy. Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, with work regularly requiring more than 40 hours per week, and variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
