About The Position

The Branch Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for motivating and managing branch employees while connecting the branch with its community and customers. The role assists customers with financial needs in person and over the phone, supports installment loan and income tax preparation services, and works to meet branch goals while providing outstanding customer service. The position also maintains office cash securely and accurately, oversees loan and tax-return processing, manages reporting and collections, and ensures compliance with applicable lending regulations and company policies. Requirements

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to fluently communicate in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• A valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
