About The Position

Kohler Credit Union is seeking a motivated Branch Manager to lead their Saukville branch. This role is ideal for an experienced leader in team leadership, retail management, or customer service operations who enjoys coaching employees, improving processes, hitting performance goals, and creating a positive workplace culture. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, lead a high-performing team focused on exceptional customer and member service, achieve performance goals, and ensure efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include building team capability, coaching and developing employees, fostering a positive environment, driving branch performance through goal setting and metric monitoring, strengthening community relationships, and ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a seamless customer/member experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in retail management, team leadership, customer service management, hospitality, or a related field
  • Proven experience leading, coaching, or supervising teams
  • Strong ability to motivate employees and drive performance outcomes
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for leadership, team development, and customer experience
  • Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
