About The Position

Security Finance is hiring a Branch Manager to lead a branch team and serve as a connection between the branch, community, and customers. The role involves helping customers with financial needs in person and over the phone, while overseeing installment loan and income tax preparation services. Success involves developing and managing employees, maintaining accurate and secure office cash, meeting goals through outstanding customer service, ensuring prompt and accurate loan and tax-return processing, maintaining reporting, minimizing delinquent debt through collection activities, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations and company policies. The position includes a background check for convictions directly related to its duties and responsibilities; job-related convictions are evaluated individually and do not automatically disqualify candidates.

Requirements

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.
