Branch Manager
About The Position
The Branch Manager leads and manages branch employees while connecting the branch with the community and serving customers with financial needs, both in person and over the phone. The role supports Security Finance, a financial services company providing installment loans and income tax preparation. Success involves meeting branch goals while delivering outstanding customer service, completing loan processes and tax returns promptly and accurately, maintaining secure and accurate office cash, managing reporting and collections, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations and company policies. The position includes hands-on, online, and new-hire class training. Requirements
- Previous management experience.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
- A valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.
