About The Position

The Branch Manager is responsible for the successful delivery and oversight of the Hertz product to internal and external customers. The position provides overall leadership to employees and responsibility for operating performance, customer satisfaction, employee culture, safety, service, budgets, and vendor relations. The manager needs in-depth knowledge of operations, management, logistics, technology, and financial disciplines.

The starting salary is $70,304 annually, commensurate with experience. The role is eligible for a bonus of up to 15% of annual salary. Travel expense reimbursement is available as applicable under company policy. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Previous management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to direct and motivate teams.
• Results orientation with a demonstrated history of success.
• Successful completion of a background check is required for employment.
