About The Position

VitalCaring is seeking a clinical leader to direct a home health branch, supporting patient-centered care and developing a strong clinical team. The Branch Director oversees clinical services, promotes safe and high-quality care, and supports clinicians with care planning, problem-solving, and patient outcomes. The role balances clinical standards and regulatory alignment with operational leadership, team accountability, and branch growth.

The Director coaches and mentors Clinical Care Managers, PSCs, and field clinicians; leads hiring, onboarding, and team development; and fosters a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous growth. The position also partners with local teams and referral sources to expand access to care and represents VitalCaring in the community.

Requirements

• Active RN or Therapist license.
• Leadership experience in home health or a related healthcare setting.
• Passion for developing teams and delivering exceptional patient care.
• Ability to balance clinical excellence with operational leadership.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
