About The Position

The Boutique Manager enhances guests’ island escapes by providing a distinctive shopping experience and superior customer service while leading the boutique team. The role balances daily sales and monthly inventories and works with Receiving and the corporate buyer to advance the boutique’s vision. The employer is Little Palm Island, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, a collection of luxury hotels and resorts and other hospitality businesses. The position is based at Little Palm Island, a private island accessible by sea or sky.

Requirements

Retail supervisory experience or applicable experience.

Responsibilities

Provide guests with a one-of-a-kind shopping experience and superior customer service.
Lead the boutique team.
Manage daily sales.
Conduct monthly inventories.
Work with Receiving and the corporate buyer to advance the boutique’s vision.
