About The Position

Tacodeli is hiring a Back of House/Cook team member at its Circle C location. The role involves working across a variety of kitchen positions, preparing scratch-made food with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen. Team members learn multiple kitchen stations and contribute to a supportive, quality-focused environment centered on consistency and hospitality. The position also offers opportunities to build restaurant skills and pursue career growth and leadership development.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods.
• Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various heights.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds frequently.
• Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to teammates.
• Interest in fresh ingredients, scratch-made food, teamwork, learning new skills, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
• Learn and prepare Tacodeli’s scratch-made recipes, including house-made salsas and proteins.
• Learn and work at multiple kitchen stations.
• Prepare ingredients for daily service.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and follow food-safety practices.
• Prepare tacos, bowls, and other menu items with energy and attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team.
• Contribute ideas to improve kitchen operations.
