About The Position

Tacodeli is hiring a Back of House Team Member to prepare scratch-made food using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Team members learn multiple kitchen stations and recipes, including house-made salsas and prepared proteins, and work with a supportive team focused on quality, consistency, and hospitality. The role includes preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, following food-safety practices, contributing ideas for improvement, and bringing care and attention to the food served. Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods.
• Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels.
• Must be able to lift at least 10 pounds frequently.
• Show up on time, ready to work, and committed to teammates.
• Take pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace and enjoy teamwork and learning new skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and scratch-made recipes.
• Prepare ingredients for daily service.
• Learn and work across multiple kitchen stations.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and contribute to food safety.
• Prepare tacos, bowls, and other menu items with energy and attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with the team to support quality, consistency, and hospitality.
• Contribute ideas to improve kitchen operations.

• Average earnings of $20.00 per hour, including base pay and tip share.
