About The Position
Pines Auto Group is seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician to join our team in Pembroke Pines, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of body repair tasks to ensure vehicles are restored to their original condition with high-quality craftsmanship and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of body repair techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, blueprints, and vehicle specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Responsibilities
- Perform bodywork repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and refinishing
- Assess vehicle damage and determine the materials and equipment necessary for repairs
- Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently to complete repairs
- Ensure all work complies with company standards and industry safety regulations
- Collaborate with other technicians and staff to meet customer expectations and deadlines
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
