About The Position

Anderson of St. Joseph is seeking a full-time Body Shop Painter to join its team. The company is family-owned, has been established in St. Joseph, Missouri, for over 40 years, and operates eight retail locations in Nebraska and Missouri. It also involves related assembly and maintenance work. The work environment may include noise, dust, exhaust fumes, paint, and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Applicants must be at least 18, have at least five years of body shop experience, hold a valid driver’s license, and have a good driving record. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Five or more years of body shop experience.
Good driving record and a valid driver’s license.
Able to stand for extended lengths of time.
Able to bend, squat, and lift repeatedly throughout the workday.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

Perform paint jobs.
Polish and detail vehicles.
Verify completed repairs meet industry standards.
Perform related work as required, including assembly and maintenance; complete other duties as assigned.
Manage multiple tasks and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate a friendly attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
