Requirements

Previous automotive body shop painting experience.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet production goals.

Nice To Haves

I-CAR or ASE certifications.

Responsibilities

Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, priming, and surface preparation.
Mix and match paint colors accurately to manufacturer specifications.
Apply paint, clear coat, and finishes using professional spray equipment.
Inspect completed work for quality and consistency.
Maintain a clean and organized paint booth and work area.
Work with body technicians and estimators to ensure timely repairs.
Follow safety procedures and environmental regulations.
Help maintain the standards expected by Lou Fusz customers.
