Requirements

• Previous automotive body shop painting experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, priming, and surface preparation.
• Mix and match paint colors accurately to manufacturer specifications.
• Apply paint, clear coat, and finishes using professional spray equipment.
• Inspect completed work for quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean and organized paint booth and work area.
• Work closely with body technicians and estimators to ensure timely repairs.
• Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations.
• Help maintain the high standards expected by Lou Fusz customers.
