About The Position

Ferris Auto Mall is hiring a Body Shop Manager to lead its AAA-approved collision center in New Philadelphia, Ohio. The center repairs all makes and models. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on quality work, efficient shop operations, and treating customers with care.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing or supervising a collision repair shop.
• Strong knowledge of collision repair and estimating.
• I-CAR training or certification.
• Good leadership, organization, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CCC ONE or Mitchell estimating software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule a team of 5–7 body and paint technicians.
• Oversee estimates, repair planning, and workflow from vehicle drop-off through delivery.
• Work with insurance adjusters and customers to keep repairs on time and communication clear.
• Uphold OEM repair standards and AAA quality requirements.
• Track productivity, cycle time, and shop profitability.
• Keep the shop safe, organized, and well equipped.
