Requirements
- Proven experience as a Body Shop Manager or in a similar supervisory role in an automotive body repair environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of body repair processes, estimating software, and OSHA safety standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise body shop activities, including repairs, estimations, and quality control.
- Coordinate work schedules and assign tasks to technicians and repair staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and industry regulations.
- Maintain inventory and order necessary parts and supplies.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide updates regarding repair status.
- Collaborate with insurance companies and vendors as needed.
