Requirements

Previous experience managing a collision repair or automotive body shop is preferred.
Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, estimating, and insurance claims.
Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage workflow, meet deadlines, and achieve financial production goals.
Familiarity with estimating and shop management software.
