About The Position

Freedom Boat Club is seeking a friendly, upbeat, customer-focused Boatcierge for its Naples Brookside, Florida location. As part of the Operations team, the Boatcierge welcomes members, anticipates their needs, and suggests local attractions to help them enjoy a hassle-free day on the water. The role requires regular weekday, weekend, and holiday availability and is part-time.

The position works outdoors in a marina and near or on the water, including on fixed or floating docks and in varying weather conditions. The anticipated pay rate is $15 per hour. This role is eligible for Brunswick benefits including a 401(k) with up to a 4% match, a wellbeing program, and product purchase discounts.

Requirements

• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to read and use handheld tablets and communicate by phone.
• Be available to work regularly on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to adhere to all safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
• Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Make and answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette.
• Navigate the reservation system using a handheld tablet.
• Complete daily clerical work to prepare the reservation system, fuel logs, and weather reports.
• Become familiar with local waters to provide members with basic guidance.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with others.
• Support the team in reaching common goals.
• Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
