About The Position
Wee Care Liberty POST is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) in Dyer, Indiana, and surrounding areas. BCBAs provide services in the Dyer and/or Portage clinics and through home visits in surrounding areas. They work with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders, evaluating abilities and progress and adjusting treatment plans as appropriate. The agency describes a collaborative, individualized approach centered on children’s natural learning environments, family strengths and needs, and child-directed play.

Responsibilities
- Provide BCBA therapy for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disorders.
- Evaluate, monitor, and track each child’s progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Test and evaluate children’s abilities to determine realistic goals.
- Record initial evaluations, treatment, and progress in a timely manner using an Electronic Medical Record system.
