About The Position

The Treetop ABA is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid position serving Virginia regions including Fairfax, Harrisonburg, Lynchburg, Roanoke, and Williamsburg. The role combines in-center clinical work with remote flexibility for planning, documentation, collaboration, and supervision. The BCBA will provide individualized, evidence-based ABA care for children with developmental needs, partner with families, and work with a collaborative, clinician-led team. The organization offers clinical mentorship, administrative and technology support, manageable caseloads, and professional development. The stated base salary is $90,000–$105,000, with additional monthly bonus opportunities.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification.
• Virginia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) license.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small, intentional caseload and provide individualized care.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and other assessments; develop and oversee tailored ABA treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home and community goals.
• Train, mentor, supervise, and support RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collect and analyze data, track client progress, and use findings to guide treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with clinical peers, families, and other care providers to support consistent, cohesive care and client outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and compliance.
• Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards.
