About The Position

Treetop ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join its growing team in Maryland. This role offers a hybrid service model and the opportunity to help shape the organization’s growth in a new market, supported by clinical infrastructure and leadership while retaining independence and autonomy. The BCBA will deliver client-centered, outcome-based care and uphold high clinical and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active Maryland LBA.
• Experience providing ABA services in in-home or hybrid environments.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
• A client-centered, outcome-based approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor client progress toward goals.
• Supervise, coach, and support RBTs.
• Partner with families to promote generalization and consistency.
• Complete documentation and uphold ethical, payer, and clinical standards.
