About The Position

Treetop ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to help build its growing presence in Maryland. The role combines in-home and remote services within a hybrid model and offers clinical and operational support alongside independence and autonomy. The BCBA will provide client-centered, outcome-based care, contribute to the growth of services in a new market, and work within a supportive clinical infrastructure and leadership team.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active Maryland LBA.
• Experience providing ABA services in in-home or hybrid environments.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
• A client-centered, outcome-based approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor client progress toward goals.
• Supervise, coach, and support RBTs.
• Partner with families to promote generalization and consistency.
• Complete documentation and uphold ethical, payer, and clinical standards.
