About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Bel Air, MD, to lead clinical quality, mentor BCBAs, and shape ABA care across Maryland. We offer a manageable caseload of 8-10 enrolled children, dedicated center staff for administrative tasks, and strong clinical support. Our program includes structured onboarding, ongoing training, and a defined career ladder for professional growth. We are a center-based organization, emphasizing real-time coaching and collaboration.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Maryland licensure (or eligibility prior to start)

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical quality
• Mentor BCBAs
• Shape ABA care across Maryland
• Manage a caseload of 8-10 enrolled children
• Provide structured consultation and clinical access
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
