Requirements

• Maryland licensure (or eligibility prior to start)

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical quality
• Mentor BCBAs
• Shape ABA care across Maryland
• Manage a caseload of 8-10 enrolled children
• Provide clinical work with dedicated center staff handling scheduling, billing, and staffing logistics
• Offer structured consultation and high-level clinical access
• Provide monthly CEUs, national conference, and academic partnerships
