About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Silver Spring, MD, to lead clinical quality, mentor BCBAs, and shape ABA care across Maryland. This full-time position offers a salary range of $95,000-$140,000 per year, with potential for up to $40K in retention bonuses, a $10K sign-on or relocation bonus, and performance bonuses. The company emphasizes a manageable caseload of 8-10 enrolled children, dedicated on-site support staff for administrative tasks, and access to Area Clinical Leaders and over 300 BCBAs across 6 states for mentorship and peer connection. They provide structured consultation, case support, and opportunities for continuing education units (CEUs) through monthly offerings, a national conference, and academic partnerships. A defined career ladder is in place to support professional growth.
