About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Waldorf, MD, to lead clinical quality, mentor BCBAs, and shape ABA care across Maryland. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical quality
• Mentor BCBAs
• Shape ABA care across Maryland
• Manage a caseload of 8-10 enrolled children
• Provide structured consultation and clinical access
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development
