About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical quality, mentor BCBAs, and shape ABA care across Maryland. This is a center-based role focused on real-time coaching, peer collaboration, and immediate access to senior clinical leadership.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Maryland licensure (or eligibility prior to start)

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical quality
• Mentor BCBAs
• Shape ABA care across Maryland
• Manage a caseload of 8-10 enrolled children
• Provide clinical support and access to senior clinical leadership
• Engage in peer collaboration
