Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Maryland licensure (or eligibility prior to start)

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical quality
• Mentor BCBAs
• Shape ABA care across Maryland
• Manage a caseload of 8-10 enrolled children
• Provide clinical work focused on ABA therapy
