About The Position
AnthroMed Education is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a therapeutic school setting in Burbank, Illinois. The role serves students in kindergarten through 12th grade, providing behavioral support, assisting with behavior intervention planning, and collaborating with school staff to promote positive student outcomes in the educational environment. The schedule is approximately 17.5 hours per week across 2.5 days, potentially alternating between two days one week and three days the next. Scheduled hours are 8:00 AM–3:30 PM. The assignment runs ASAP through May 26, 2027, and pays $56–$60 per hour.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification and applicable state licensure, as required.
- Knowledge of behavior assessment, behavior intervention planning, and evidence-based behavioral strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and other school-based professionals.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to supporting students with diverse behavioral and educational needs.
