About The Position

Cross Country Education is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide services to K–12 students in Bridgeport, Connecticut, across one or two assigned school campuses. The role supports students in developing skills, confidence, and independence for success in the classroom and beyond.

The Occupational Therapist conducts evaluations, develops individualized therapy plans, monitors student progress, and collaborates with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals and recommend appropriate interventions. The position also requires maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring services meet professional and school-based standards. The role is full-time, with a 35-hour workweek.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) or equivalent accredited OT program.
• Valid Connecticut Occupational Therapist (OT) License.
