Requirements
- Master’s Degree in ABA (or related field)
- Current BCBA certification
- Love working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Nice To Haves
- LBA certification is highly preferred, but let's talk!

Responsibilities
- Conduct FBAs and design positive behavior support plans that actually work for the child’s unique world.
- Coach and mentor our dedicated RBTs/staff, teaching them everything from proactive strategies to top-tier deescalation techniques.
- Monitor progress and fluidly adjust programming to ensure our kids are hitting those milestone victories.
- Work hand-in-hand with families and our robust internal clinical team to build an ecosystem of success.
