Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Must be located in North Carolina
- Bilingual Spanish needed

Responsibilities
- Oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each Client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment.
- Serve as a key partner to families and a clinical leader to your team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress.
- Focus on treatment planning, family training, ongoing supervision, and reassessments.
- Provide in-person supervision.
