About The Position
North Shore Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Morning BCBA for their Pediatric ABA program in Lake Bluff, IL. Clinicians will work within a true interdisciplinary care model, collaborating with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers. The company utilizes a proprietary, peer-reviewed tool, the Gracent Care Calculator, to ensure individualized care, and offers opportunities for career growth even in part-time roles.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Licensed in the state of Illinois, and in good standing
- Availability to consistently cover morning sessions
- Strong communicator who is proactive and detail-oriented
- Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neuroaffirming care
- Support parent training
- Supervise RBTs
- Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers as part of the same team
- Run own intakes
- Keep documentation and treatment plans at high clinical standards
