About The Position
Gracent Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Morning Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for their clinic in Missouri City, TX. This role is designed for clinicians who value flexibility and work-life balance, allowing them to focus on meaningful clinical work while accommodating personal commitments. The position offers a morning-focused schedule, 3-5 days a week, with the flexibility to build a weekly rhythm that suits individual needs, such as school drop-offs or appointments. The caseload is scaled to part-time hours, ensuring a manageable workload. The role emphasizes true interdisciplinary care, with BCBAs working alongside SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers. Gracent Pediatric Therapy utilizes a peer-reviewed tool, the Gracent Care Calculator, for individualized treatment plans, promoting good clinical practice. Opportunities for career growth into Lead BCBA or Clinical Director roles are available for those who wish to scale up.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed in the state of Texas, and in good standing
- Availability to consistently cover morning sessions (e.g., 5 mornings a week of half-days, 4 days with longer morning blocks, or another rhythm)
- Strong communicator who is proactive and detail-oriented
- Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neuroaffirming care
- Support parent training
- Supervise RBTs
- Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers as part of the same team
- Run your own intakes
- Keep documentation and treatment plans at high clinical standards
