About The Position

Gracent Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Missouri City, TX. This full-time, in-person role offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality pediatric ABA therapy in a supportive, interdisciplinary environment. The company emphasizes manageable caseloads (6-8 kids), dedicated supervision (16-20%), and assent-based, neuroaffirming care. BCBAs will have clinical autonomy, work alongside other specialists like SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers, and utilize a peer-reviewed clinical tool, the Gracent Care Calculator, for treatment planning. Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed in the state of Texas, and in good standing.
  • Strong communicator who is proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs.
  • Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision for RBTs.
  • Write and monitor individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neuroaffirming care.
  • Coach, mentor, and train RBTs.
  • Partner with families to set meaningful goals and celebrate progress.
  • Collaborate in real time with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers.
  • Run own assessments and intakes.
  • Keep documentation and treatment plans at high clinical standards.
