Gracent Pediatric TherapyMissouri City, TX
$86,000 - $110,000Onsite

About The Position

At Gracent Pediatric Therapy, we offer a different approach to therapy, focusing on providing clinicians with manageable caseloads (6-8 kids) and dedicated supervision time (16-20%). We emphasize assent-based, neuroaffirming care and provide clinicians with substantial resources. Our centers practice true interdisciplinary care, with BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers collaborating closely. We utilize the Gracent Care Calculator, a peer-reviewed clinical tool, to avoid blanket hour recommendations and ensure evidence-based practice. This role offers the opportunity to mentor RBTs and newer BCBAs, solve complex clinical challenges, and contribute to the operational structure of your center.
