About The Position

North Shore Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for their Pediatric ABA program in Lincolnwood, IL. This full-time, in-person role offers a unique opportunity to shape the structure of a therapy center, focusing on assent-based, neuroaffirming care. The company emphasizes manageable caseloads (6-8 kids), dedicated supervision (16-20%), and true interdisciplinary collaboration with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers. Unlike companies that offer blanket hour recommendations, North Shore Pediatric Therapy utilizes the peer-reviewed Gracent Care Calculator and trusts clinicians' judgment. This position is ideal for someone who wants to mentor RBTs and newer BCBAs, solve clinical challenges, and influence center operations.
