About The Position

Gracent Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Wheaton, IL. This full-time, in-person role offers a unique opportunity to shape the structure of a clinic, provide high-quality, assent-based, neuroaffirming care, and work within a truly interdisciplinary team. The position emphasizes manageable caseloads (6-8 kids), dedicated supervision time (16-20%), and a supportive environment where clinical judgment is trusted. The Lead BCBA will guide RBTs, mentor newer BCBAs, solve clinical challenges, and contribute to the operational aspects of the center, including hiring and community outreach. Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed in the state of Illinois, and in good standing.
  • At least 2 years of BCBA experience.
  • Comfort with operational data and willingness to use dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs.
  • Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments, write and monitor individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neuroaffirming care.
  • Support parent training and supervise RBTs and BTs.
  • Mentor and onboard newer BCBAs and BCBA students.
  • Assist with hiring processes, including interviewing candidates and assessing fit.
  • Support family tours, community outreach, and marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize Power BI dashboards to track operational data and act on insights.
  • Collaborate in real-time with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers.
  • Maintain high clinical standards for documentation and treatment plans.
