About The Position

Cortica seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for children receiving ABA treatment in Naperville, Illinois, and surrounding areas. The role uses a strength-based, holistic approach and works within a transdisciplinary team to provide integrated care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The BCBA leads and supports behavior technicians, collaborates with families, caregivers, and clinicians, and develops individualized care plans. A hybrid arrangement is available, with remote flexibility for clinical and administrative work; telehealth is used when the BCBA determines it is clinically effective for the client and behavior technician. The position averages 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks. BCBAs have autonomy over when and where they supervise cases, while administrative staff support scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Advancement is available through BCBA levels I–IV; productivity targets at levels III and IV are reduced to 22 hours to allow greater focus on leadership and other professional interests. Compensation is listed as $91,000–$114,000, with productivity and ABA caseload bonus opportunities, including a caseload bonus of up to 10% of monthly base salary.
