Cortica is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences receiving ABA treatment. The BCBA uses a strength-based, holistic approach and leads behavior technicians (BTs), while working within a transdisciplinary team to support children and families. The role offers a hybrid arrangement serving The Woodlands, Texas, and surrounding areas, with remote flexibility for clinical and administrative work. Telehealth is used when the BCBA determines it is clinically effective for the client and BT. The BCBA averages 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks. The role offers autonomy over when and where cases are supervised, administrative support for scheduling, billing, and credentialing, and opportunities to advance through BCBA levels I–IV. At levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22 hours to allow more focus on leadership and other professional interests. Compensation is listed as $90,000–$112,000, plus productivity and ABA caseload bonus opportunities. The caseload bonus may reach up to 10% of monthly base salary.
